Be responsible for good equipment condition & smooth equipment operation.
Coordinate with PRD/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team.
Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar
Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
Prepare reports, machine documentation, and provide full training to technician team
Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
Control all technician performance
Make sure all production machines run smoothly
Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate.
This position will be based in Cu Chi, HCMC. Shuttle bus from Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon, District 1,11,12/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic engineering.
Fresh Graduate or <1 Year of Experience.
Proficiency in English skill (both Verbal and Written)
