Job Description

- Responsibility for making CFR report
- Making and tracking BOM and inventory of materials
- Update legal regulations on import-export activities
- Check and compare data with accounting, warehouse and make final settlement reports of raw materials and finished products of the enterprise to the customs.
- Work with Customs and other departments of Government to get
import/export license and solve all problem related to import/export and making CO
- Update HS code, check duty free goods and preferential taxes for some organizations such as ATIGA, ACFTA, VJEPA… to calculate import taxes and report to related departments..
- Managing teams and organize training sessions
- Making rules to related dept follow up with compliance customs authorities
- Always updated relevant guidance and practical case regarding the current audit trend

Job Requirement

- Gradudated from Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Economics field.
- English: At least strong Intermediate level
- At least 4 years experience in EPE company.
- Having experience as Leader, Supervisor position.
- Good knowledge about Incoterm Payment term
- Good knowledge about all shipping documents (invoice packaging list bill of lading certificate of Origin Certificate of Quality)
- Understand the customs laws, especially for EPE
- Having experience in import tax refund.
