Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. General Ledger:
- Preparing Journals (accrual, allocation, reclass...).
- Reconcile bank, checking AR reconciliation
- Checking VAT report.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
2. Income Audit:
- Issue VAT invoices
- Check Night Audit reports including Rate Variance Report, No-show/Cancellation report...
- Check and verify manual postings (limousine rental, laundry...).
- Check refund/void posting for reason and approval.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least two years in accounting experience in hospitality industry.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind and good verbal & written English communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, initiative.
