· Hunting new customers and manage existing B2B corporate client accounts (OEM, Office , Bank, Coffee shop..), identify and prospect potential B2B clients interested in Kinh Do products.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key/ potential decision-makers in corporate accounts.
Cross function management:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products to B2B clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align product customization
· Coordinate with Factory, Demand planing, Customer Service to deliver order on time, on quality
Contract Management:
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with B2B clients.
· Ensure that all contractual agreements meet legal and regulatory standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Comfortable dealing with middle management at large International and Vietnamese corporations.
· Provide excellent customer service to B2B clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
· Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration/MKT or related fields
· At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successful sales.
· Familiarity with the sales cycle and B2B sales strategies.
· Strong B2B sales experience in banking/F&B sector is a big plus.
· Strong communcation of internal and external
· Presentation skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
