Build and maintain strong & trustworthy relationships with customers
Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
Receive new requests from customers and submit competitive quotations (prices & services)
Develop a thorough understanding of customers' supply chain and requirements
Analyze and identify upcoming current customers' needs and expand our business opportunities
Negotiate with shipping lines and obtain competitive rates
Other tasks as assigned
2. Customer Development
Receive quotation inquiries or RFQs from BOD or overseas partners and propose competitive solutions
Play an integral part in keeping newly obtained customers in long-lasting relationships
Job Requirement
College / University
Over 02 year experienced in import-export function
Good knowledge of Forwarding, Warehouse & Logistics Field
Good at Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
English fluency
