Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in on-premise channels (such as restaurants, cafes, and hotels – Mom & Baby Chains in MT ).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key On Premise partners.

II. Main Tasks:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective distribution and visibility of company products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage promotional activities and negotiate terms with partners.
Monitor market trends and maintains data on competition.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy,….or a related field.
At least 03 years of experience working at the position of KAM, priority in FMCG industry.
Have good knowledge of sales in the field of FMCG consumer goods. Especially knowledge and understanding of special customer channels (Key Account/HRC Account) and types of direct consumer customers ( On-premise).
Have basic knowledge of marketing and building trade support activities (Trade marketing).
Have knowledge of implementing business strategies.
Ability to analyze and plan.
Good skills in negotiation.
Good communication/presentation/persuasion skill.
