• Develop yearly & quarterly channel plans to deliver assigned sales targets.
• Propose strong plan to build the leading position in beauty and PC category in MT channel.
• Ensure win-win relationships with external partners to improve channel profitability.
• Managing and controlling the trading terms and closely working with Trade Marketing team to build effective promotion plan with assigned budget.
• Ensure clear and correct sales reports with proposed actions.
• Provide realistic forecasts to Trade Marketing and the management team.
• Aim to exceed sales targets.
• Build, lead and coach Modern Trade channel team in sales skills with result focus mindset.
• Good coordination with cross function to support each other and deliver total target of the business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields.
• Have at least 5 years of work experience as a sales management with at least 3 years’ experience in beauty/personal care products
• Extensive experience in senior sales roles, preferably within the beauty industry, especially in the Modern Trade (MT) channel
