Developing an annual business plan for assigned group accounts to ensure that the plan is achievable, and regularly conduct monthly, quarterly business reviews, and yearly business reviews with customers.
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with accounts in order to gain strong collaboration in mutually driving business objectives and to get a better position in negotiating for the agreement and business development plans.
Monitoring category and brands performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and taking corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goals.
Planning sales forecast for group account to ensure supply accuracy
Be active and flexible to manage, adapt and revise the customers plans under unexpected business circumstance
Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Design and execute volume promotions and special offers to achieve short term & long term volume objectives and increase trade advocacy & increase share in assigned customers.
Plan & execute consumer centric activities in the state - focus on generating trials and increase penetration.
Responsible for the promotional budget for the brands at the retail level. Utilisation of local sales promotional & merchandising activities, monthly schemes at the point of sale for achieving sales target and brand awareness.

Be able to lead and coach the team to execute with excellence about sales and winning in-store visibility

4-5 years’ experience in managerial position in FMCG business – MT channel.
Good understand on MT customers
Good leadership, strong selling and communication skills, and presentation skills
Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team
