Job Description

1) IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

− Conduct daily in process quality control to ensure processes standard compliance.

− Take random samples to check, evaluate and maintain product quality on the line.

− Enter test data into files and computer software.

− Report works results periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).

− Make sure the handover between shifts is done well. Problems that arise during a shift need to be clearly recorded so that they are not encountered in the next shift.

− Resolve arising problems, report to engineers to support resolution.

− Involve tracking non-conforming products, abnormal lot.

− Involve in process related quality issue.

− Participate in training when required.

− Responsible for maintaining the factory's environmental hygiene and 5S

2) SUPPORT

− Support engineers in implementing improvement projects and solving problems.

− Support QE for customer complaint trouble shooting.

− Participate in contributing ideas to accomplish department goals.

− Learn, understand and implement the Company's human resources policies, maintain a positive attitude and work well with colleagues.

− Complete assigned tasks well when required.

− Make sure all the corrective actions are well executed
