1. Review all the testing requirements (TR/NPQ/PEAC) to understand the equipment, method, and resources needed.
2. Elaborate a test plan based on NPQ and equipment on hand and communicate an appropriate timeline.
3. Training technicians, Create test method/operation standard.
4. Review the new equipment and resources(technicians) needed with the manager.
5. Follow up test progress and ensure applied properly method.
6. Elaborate test reports in a timely manner (Daily/Week) with correct and relevant information of the test purpose.
7. The reports must contain a Proposal Root Cause Definition in case of Failure, with relevant information such as pictures and data to ease decision-making.
8. Responsible for setting up and acquiring all new equipment fixtures, test methods, processes, and facilities for all the projects.
9. Communicate effectively with your manager and other departments for equipment, resource limitations, or failures.
10. Maintain the lab standard system
