Assist in Lab activities, handle Product development focus on application test and blends creating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Keep himself/herself to learn about equipment operation, prototype making
2. Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product.
3. Analysis product performance via application test
4. Handle projects assigned by Lab Manager.
5. Support Sales staff in new product development including ingredient/ prototypes testing at lab, trial run and problem solving at factory site.
6. Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sale staff.
7. Support lab activities besides product development
8. Keeps himself/herself up-to-date knowledge of Organic & Inorganic Chemistry and acquires technical know-how relating to the job.
9. Conducts overall analysis and laboratory work.
10. Centralizes and updates all literature by discarding old and outdate literature and orders new relevant literature in adequate.
11. Keeps laboratory in good shape at all times and utilizes equipments and materials effectively.
12. Assists sales staff in recommending the most suitable products to customers.
13. Supports sales staff in the introduction of new products and services including product testing and approval and maintains contact potential customers.
14. Keeps maximum efforts to maintain Safety Factors and notifies anyone entering the laboratory to observe the Safety Rules.
15. Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sales staff
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals Science and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage
Experience : 3+ years in RD (Processed Meat)
Age : 25 years up
