2.Leading continuous improvement project
Training, Coaching, Implementation of Lean Elements and new standards in the area for Operators, Team Leader (5S, Visualization standards, Standardized work, Quick change-over, etc.).
Coordinate Lean activities in the area and “derive improvement activities”.
3.Others
Coordinate/ Implement process confirmation together with shop-floor Leaders based on requirement of Lean assessment.
Other tasks assigned by Lean Manager.
Job Requirement
Education & Major: University graduate, Industrial Engineering Engineer
License & Certificate: Lean Six Sigma
English level: Proficiency
MS office, Project, Minitab, Power BI, AutoCAD
Experience 2-3 years in production environment
Highly capable of identifying problems and problems solving
Moderator skill
Basis project management skill
Understanding the process management & saving cost concepts
