A. JOB PURPOSE:
- We are looking for a dynamic and creative officer to join our Global People Development team for a 9-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, promotional activities and enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- You will support various projects related to learning and development. You will have the opportunity to apply your organizational, creative, and marketing skills to enhance our Global people development programmes.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Programme coordination
- Assist with program deployment (scheduling, sending invitation, collecting feedback, other logistical arrangement), including leadership programmes and talent development programmes
- Assist with English assessment (launching, monitoring progress, creating guideline if necessary)
- Cost allocation support for leadership programmes and assessment tool (Assessio)
- Assist with talent dashboard update and perform dashboard maintenance.
- Collect feedback (distributing and analysing evaluations)
2. Project support
- Assist with scheduling, sending invitation, collecting feedback after co-creation/ testing sessions during HR system
- Create posts/ updates/ communication materials
- Create learning promotional materials (update leadership flyer, video people management framework, learning organisation movement) and update training materials and guides where needed
3. Others
- Explore new learning methods or technologies and provide recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh graduated, students in 3rd or 4th year, major in HR management will be advantageous.
EXPERIENCES:
- Experiences as an intern in other multinational organisations is a plus.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects.
- Keen interest in design and promotion, passionate about branding.
- A creative mindset with storytelling and visual communication skills.
- A good commercial/marketing sense, understanding how to engage and influence an audience.
- Enjoys creative writing, design, and internal branding tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys collaborating with people.
- Detail-oriented, committed to high-quality work.
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English.
