Job Description
- Identify training needs and develop training plans;
- Design & Develop training curricula and modules;
- Build-up, implement and follow up training programs for all levels ofemployees.
- Take ownership of E-learning Program (LMS) and Foreign Language Allowances Policy, Procedure & Operation.
- Make the training report, L&D related allowances report andrelevant improvements.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University
- Having knowledge on training process & procedures (ADDIE Model);
- Good command of English skills;
- Excellent computer skills including MicrosoftOffice. Technical Utilization is preferred;
- Constructivecommunication, presentation and public speaking skills;
- Can-do attitude, continuous improvement mindset and learning will.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development.
