This position provides you with the opportunity to learn the skills and experience to advise healthcare business in day-to-day operations and expansion, proactively manage legal tasks and develop compliance policy frameworks to ensure companies and its branches’ adherence to the laws, supported by legal projects (on the job training) designed to develop your skills, experience, and knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide and deliver high quality legal advice and services in accordance with line manager’s instructions and to partner with relevant stakeholders for contract review and management, legal advice on promotion and advertising from time to time.
Develop legal and compliance policies flatforms, organize training for healthcare staffs and employees to build legal and compliance awareness across the organization.
Participate in and contribute to departmental-wide activities and to look for and advise stakeholders in legal and compliance matters relating to companies’ scope of business.
Draft, prepare, execute dossiers for corporate and investment matters.
Experience in legal restructuring, employee relation matters.
Be able to apply digitalization and take initiatives in applying digitalization in filing, organizing legal filing and contract management system.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in law, lawyer practicing certificate is preferred
From 3 - 5 years of experience in the same role
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Problem-solving, result-oriented and project management skills
Communication and presentation skills to expat and Vietnamese audients
