The Livestreaming Content Manager is responsible for crafting engaging and high-converting livestream content ideas, scripts, and flow that captivate audiences and drive e-commerce sales. This role ensures that content is both educational and entertaining, adhering to brand guidelines while maximizing audience engagement. The manager will oversee both daily livestreams and major campaign events and will build and lead a strong content team to support livestream operations.
Job Description
Creative Strategy & Content Development:
Develop compelling and interactive livestream concept ideas and scripts to boost audience retention and conversions.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging while integrating entertainment and educational elements.
Innovate and adapt storytelling techniques based on audience insights and engagement data.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Design and implement a content framework for both daily livestreams and major campaigns.
Work closely with Host Management, KOL/KOC Management teams to ensure messaging consistency and the application of engagement tactics as planned.
Collaborate with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure livestream content aligns with business objectives.
Work with the Production team/Producer to ensure the livestream execution follows the scripted content and creative concept.
Team Building & Leadership:
Build and develop a high-performing content team, including scriptwriters, creative strategists, and engagement specialists.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to ensure content consistency and quality across all livestreams.
Foster a culture of innovation and fast execution, in line with OnPoint’s high-performance standards.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Track audience engagement, viewership retention, and conversion rates to optimize future content strategies.
Stay up to date with Douyin and other leading livestreaming platforms to implement best practices.
Analyze competitor livestream strategies and propose continuous improvements.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce livestreaming on Douyin and other platforms.
Strong knowledge of livestreaming e-commerce in China, with the ability to apply best practices to the Vietnam market.
Deep understanding of Douyin's algorithms, audience behaviors, and monetization strategies.
Proven track record in developing high-converting livestream scripts.
Ability to quickly adapt content strategies to a fast-changing market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
