Livestream Production Manager

Job Description

The Livestreaming Production Manager is responsible for bringing livestream content to life by managing the entire production process. This role oversees technical execution, ensuring high-quality video, audio, lighting, and set design for both daily and large-scale campaign livestreams. The manager coordinates hosts, influencers, camera crews, and technical teams to deliver seamless productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Livestream Production Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of livestreams, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
  • Manage technical crews, hosts, and influencers, ensuring alignment with creative direction.
  • Supervise camera work, lighting, sound, and set design to maintain premium production quality.
  • Able to use different tools and software to create new effects for Livestream to increase sales and engagement effectiveness
  • Work with content team to make sure all ideas are integrated into our Livestream Session
• Logistics & Coordination:
  • Plan and manage production timelines, ensuring all elements are in place before livestreams go live.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate equipment, setup, and execution.
• Quality Control & Troubleshooting:
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues in real-time during livestream sessions.
  • Ensure all livestream content complies with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing livestream productions on Douyin and other platforms
• Strong knowledge of livestreaming e-commerce in China, with the ability to apply best practices to the Vietnam market
• Strong understanding of Douyin’s technical requirements, streaming algorithms, and production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with livestreaming production equipment, lighting setups, and broadcasting software.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (technical teams, influencers, hosts).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage high-pressure production environments.
• Fast execution, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset, aligned with OnPoint’s high-performance culture.
