Support operational staff in daily communication with Chinese/Korean/Japanese guests
Translate documents related to Chinese/Korean/Japanese when required.
Greet guests and manage the queues at the Front Desk upon arrival or departure
Give directions or escort guests to function rooms or guest rooms
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram.
Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
Job Requirement
Fluent in English
Good in Chinese or Korean Language
Basic Education completed is preferred.
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
One year working experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.
