Job Description
- Handling oversea orders (receive quotation request, get quotation, check PR to PO, work with supplier for PO & delivery time).
- Arrange shipping to get material and goods to company.
- Follow up with warehouse to make sure goods receive in real and system.
- Work with supplier if there are any goods defect.
- Handling all export - import jobs of company.
- Closely working with requester to finalise information for customs clearance.
- Solving issue with transportation company, forwarder.
- Finding supplier for delivery, forwarder to save cost.
- A presentative of company to receive all information from Customs department.
- Weekly/ Monthly report.
- Payment request.
- Prepare signed quotation or principle contract with supplier if needed.
- Saving data for tracking history on shared drive and supplier data.
- Record necessary document.
- Follow assignment from HOD.
Job Requirement
· Graduate from University.
· More than 3 years experience as same position but focusing on machine, spare part, service and work at manufaturing company.
· Work experience in printing industry is priority.
· MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint…).
