1. Monitor the machinery status, create maintenance plan and carry out maintenance activities in the Production.
2. Analyse problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product’s quality.
3. Monitor production processes to achieve production plan, production productivity as well as ensure product quality.
4. Coordinate with warehouse department regarding the inventory of spare parts following maintenance plan, create purchase requests to ensure sufficiency of spare parts for maintenance needs.
5. Monitor production processes to minimize production loss, minimize production costs, and increase the productivity of machinery as well as manpower.
6. Supervise and control subordinates to effectively perform work about associated standard requirements of ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
7. Coordinate with superiors to prepare and control the budget of the department.
8. Other responsibilities as assignments from higher level
1. Working experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, especially in the food canning line manufacturing industry or related industry.
2. A Bachelor or higher level with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related Industrial Engineering.
3. Lean Six Sigma certified OR TPM implementation experience is a plus
4. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001 is a plus.
5. English communication.
6. Computer skill: Microsoft office.
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
