Maintenance supervisor

Job Description

1. Contacting vendor to survey new machinery, find solutions to improve machines and equipment in the factory.

2. Contacting suppliers to repair machines and equipment.

3. Setting up instructions/ SOP of machines and equipment to guild operation for users.

4. Coordinating with production dept to plan and perform maintenance of machines.

5. Support repairing machines when damaged to assure progress follow production schedule.

6. Support installation, expanding production line projects to increase productivity.

7. Perform and allocating resources to ensure uninterrupted production.

8. Perform and implement machinery improvements in production to improve productivity.

9. Update the broken status of machines and take actions to improve and prevent it.

10. Guilding and training for new maintenance technicians to they can adapt work requirement soon.

11. Control and manage maintenance technicians to assure maintenance team working progress.

12. Manage and evaluate maintenance technician performance to assure they work follow regulation encourage their development.

13. Coordinate the EHS to implement safety + 5S projects.

14. Implement other tasks assign by superior.

Job Requirement

1. Education&Knowledge:

• College/University: Electrical, Mechatronic, Machanical, Automation engineering degree or related field preferred.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, Creo, solid works…
• Foreign language: listening, writing, reading by English.

2. Experience:

• Experience in machine design, mechanical processing, knowledge of mechanical equipment, details, and machine structure is preferred. experienced in machine improvement, automation equipment.
• Advantages: More than experience in specialized, work in footwear factory
