Closely communicate with USA/HQ, to manage a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance team.
Lead maintenance team on PM of various kinds of machinery.
Identify, assign, and delegate engineering projects.
Establish reporting systems, key performance indicators, and enforcement methods for manufacturing.
Oversight of project management for all key projects pertaining to the manufacturing engineering group.
Make significant contributions to the design, development, and qualification of manufacturing solutions that include all product offerings available.
Any other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience
5 - 10 years in a related/similar position
Tool and Die Design experience will be advantageous.
Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes, machinery, and systems are essential.
Experience in a leadership role, including supervising a team of engineers or technicians, managing projects, and coordinating with other departments such as production, quality and facility.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good presentation skills.
Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues in production processes, implement solutions, and continuously improve efficiency, quality and safety
Preferred Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering / related technical or equivalent experience.
