- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in food technology, manufacturing management, operations management, economics or relevant fields.
- Young talent with 3-5 years’ experience in running or maintaining packing lines Or running the production on these lines with a manufacturing company Or manufacturing of these lines (with an OEM).
- MUST have proven ability to interact with all stakeholders as a team player.
- Experience in driving strategic goals for production as well as overseeing daily operational activities to ensure stability and efficiency in all steps delivering consistently meeting customer requirements.
- A proven people leader utilizing coaching and training tools to energize, motivate and lead a workforce utilizing HR interventions when required within the operations.
- Applicant must be creative, pro-active, have the ability to “think outside the box” and accept or create new ideas and take calculated risks on new products and process development.
