Work closely with Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide insights for effective customer interactions.
Collaborate with Marketing team to create personalized and targeted email marketing workflows and lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement.
2/ Audience Segmentation & Lead Nurturing
Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows to support customer acquisition and conversion goals.
Utilize automation tools to segment customers and prospects based on buyer journey stages and personas, including fine dining establishments, trendy fast-casual restaurants, and culinary schools.
3/ Content Customization & Personalization
Manage automated content delivery across channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message for all customer segments.
Partner with the Content and Social Media teams to deliver personalized, engaging content that speaks to customer needs at each stage of their journey, such as case studies, tutorials, and product demos.
4/ Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Develop A/B testing and reporting frameworks to assess engagement, conversion, and ROI for all automated marketing initiatives.
5/ CRM & Data Integration:
Manage the CRM data to support detailed reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and enable effective lead tracking.
6/ Customer Retention & Loyalty:
Work with the customer service team to ensure high levels of satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Design and implement automated customer retention and loyalty campaigns, including post-purchase engagement, maintenance reminders, and loyalty rewards programs.
7/ Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and technologies to propose and implement new strategies for campaign effectiveness.
Continuously assess and refine workflows to improve campaign scalability and effectiveness, while aligning with Ly Gia Vien’s brand and business goals.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, CRM Management.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Preferably within the B2B or Hospitality sector. Experience with A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of data analytics, lead scoring, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
