The marketing (communication) manager handles the full spectrum of the company’s marketing activities. The person has experience in multi-channel marketing (offline, online) with a strong focus on the offline marketing channels. The MM plans (with DOSM) the annual marketing plan and will be the person to develop and execute the marketing activities. The person is a hands-on marketer, knowing the how to manage the wide spectrum of marketing tasks on a daily basis not losing the big picture. The MM can strategically and operationally handle the job with a focus on the improvement and development of the overall business and organisation. The MM supervises assigned team members and junior staff.
· Lead the creation and execution of marketing activities, campaigns and projects (b2b and b2c) from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
· Conceptualize and execute multichannel activities to generate leads along the customer lifecycle and the costumer touch points
· Understands all aspects of branding and corporate design to implement and monitor the brand positioning across all channels continuously
· Develop content ideas and plan the content strategy (quarterly) for various channels (print, web, digital) considering different formats (photo, video, audio, copy) and execute on your own or by managing involved stakeholders.
· Work and liaise very closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to ensure a consistent multi-channel marketing
· Manage or guides stakeholders (designer, executives, content creator, agencies, etc.) involved to meet marketing objectives with a strong focus on ROI.
· Organize events, exhibitions, meetings, etc. with strong attention to detail
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market and segments and include results in further activities
· Develop dashboard to measure marketing KPI and report to supervisor
· Budgeting and monitoring of marketing expenses
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
· Min. 03-05 years professional experience in a marketing manager role (preferred in luxury industry)
· Proven success in developing marketing plans, campaigns and activities
· Proven success in the execution of marketing communication activities (print, design, web, social,…)
· Proficiency with on- and offline online marketing strategies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
· Strong project management, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Having an analytical and Data-driven marketing mind
· Having a very good eye for design with a luxury creative touch
· Good experience with Marketing & Design Software (Email marketing, CMS, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point, Analytics, etc)
· Able to work under pressure keeping a level head and comfortable working with numbers, metrics and the processing of figures with spreadsheets
Flexibility to work overtime if needed. Travelling within the region if requested
