Build up company's annual & campaign-based communication strategy to support Categories to meet business objectives and based on the mid-term strategy from line manager.
Make full-year & campaign-based communication plan to align with Brand managers & brief to agencies
Own & manage all ATL budget allocation
2. ATL & BTL execution (60%)
Lead the strategy implementation including full execution of communication campaigns to improve communication accross multiple touch points.
Lead the planning & deployment of cross-category offline activations to enhance
Lead the planning & execution of co-branding, collaboration, and sponsorship activities of the company
In charge of managing all company's own-channels including website & all social media platforms
Ensure consistent use of brand identity and messaging across company outputs
Analyze social data & trend to inform future strategy and practices, content direction
3. Digitalization (10%)
Support MKT Strategy Head in implementing digitalization for the company including but not limited to website enhancement, consumer database, CRM build-up etc.
Collaborate & Consult category team in digital & content approaching projects / tasks
4. Team management (10%)
Build up workflow & framework
Training team members to grow up competencies
Job Requirement
A Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Communications, Marketing or related field.
At least 05 years of working experience with similar position
Proven success in expanding a brand’s presence by creatively driving user-centric contents and digital experience with strategic minds and creativity
