Job Description
Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive who will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and overseeing marketing merchandise activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to translate marketing strategies into successful campaigns.

1. Digital Marketing Execution:
o Implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
o Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
o Coordinate with the design team to create engaging digital assets such as banners, videos, and other promotional materials.
2. Social Media Management:
o Manage and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
o Develop and schedule regular content to ensure a consistent online presence that aligns with the brand's voice.
o Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback across social media platforms.
o Track and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
3. Content Marketing:
o Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports marketing objectives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
o Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the company's brand tone and messaging.
4. Marketing Merchandise:
o Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of marketing merchandise such as promotional items, branded materials, and event giveaways.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
o Manage inventory of marketing merchandise and maintain a stock of materials for internal and external needs.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative merchandise strategies that support branding efforts.
