Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Description

Desgin & Content Creation: Desgin posts, banners, advertisements, video and inforgaphics for the company's social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, …). Ensure brand consistency across all platform.

Content Development:
- Develop and create content for platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, …) in alignment with the company's direction.
- Manage posting schedules and optimize content for each platform.
- Analyze performance metrics and enhance content strategy using analytics tools or AI.
- Keep up-to-date with the social media trends.

Oversee website management and develop SEO tools to attract leads for the sales department.

Assist in the design of product labels to support production and other technical departments.

Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirement

• Fresher, have internship experience OR 1-2 years experience is an advantage.
• Have experience in managing social media platforms and creating content, especially on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software and a focus on utilizing AI tools for marketing to achieve high efficiency.
• Knowledge of SEO and how to apply it to websites and the company’s online tools to attract leads for the sales department.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in marketing or digital-related roles is an advantage.
