This role will oversee social media, advertising, promotions, events, and assist on customer relationships, and partnerships with freelancers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for brand awareness and growth.
Manage & create social media content and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Coordinate with photographer/videographer freelancer.
Coordinate promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Cultivate partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators.
Implement customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Speaks & writes both in English & Vietnamese.
Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in café or/and F&B industries
Some experience in marketing appealing to the young generation (20-35years).
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
