ABOUT METUB

• METUB Group, is the leading multi-channel network in Vietnam with an extensive network of 3000+ content creators, generating over 10 billion views monthly and ranging from top celebrities to top vertical endemic creators.

• METUB operates in Media & Entertainment segments, providing creator services to produce & distribute content, and brand services to deliver successful content partnership/ influencer marketing campaigns. We are also expanding into Commerce to finish our ecosystem, which is built around Creator-led businesses.

• Our goal is to make it possible for content creators, celebrities, influencers, eSports players… to "live by passion" and earn enough to turn their passion into a professional career.

• MLabel - Metub's private label business focusing on lifestyle products - is one of the new commercial models designed to maximize the Creator's potential through Commerce.

ABOUT THIS JOB

Manage the related activities & business performance, including but not limited to:

• Develop the MKT strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets

• Planning, conceptualizing and implementing for the always-on direction & seasonal campaigns

• Establish and cultivate relationships with Influences (Artists, KOLs, and KOCs) to generate the related collaborative initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.

• Analyzing and conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive offerings (operation, business/marketing strategy...) for improvements and new innovations.

• Work closely with the Product development team to ensure product offerings align with market demands and consumer preferences.

• Coordinating with the Commercial team to generate demand and enhance visibility.

• Manage the related budget and sales situation.

• Liaise with related departments to ensure the campaign is fully operational.

Job Requirement

• 5-8 years of experience in related positions/industry

• Proven demonstration of MKT principles & go to market strategy.

• Creative and analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and high-quality work.

• Experience in project management (budget planning, estimates, and schedules)

• Excellence in planning, negotiation, communications and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and innovation.

• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
