1. Overall management:
- Responsible for planning and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to promote the brand.
- Responsible for annual marketing Budget Plan.
- Responsible for Branding Plan include positioning, target audiences, communication, etc and develop Campaign Plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Responsible for reporting of multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Responsible for building and training the team to execute the established plan.
- Responsible for establishing internal workflows and cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth operations.
2. Creative
- Manage of shooting & video producing for new collections; Look-books; mix & match; product image, etc to increase recognition and serve the Company's business activities.
- Responsible for Brand Guideline and ensure brand image consistency across all channels.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage of multi-channel digital activities to increase brand awareness, reach customers and promote business.
4. PR
- Build and check the implementation of a synchronized brand identity across the system.
- Implement PR and communication activities on internal and external media: Facebook, Instagram, company website, online newspapers, television, magazines, print newspapers, and other media publications to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and organize internal and external events of the Company.
- Plan and organize the implementation of communication activities for the Collection.
5. Trade Marketing
- Plan and organize incentive, promotion and discount activities to boost revenue for the Company's production and business activities.
- Plan and organize the implementation of incentive programs, customer care activities, dealer openings, showroom openings.
6. Customer care
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Develop and implement incentive and customer care programs to improve service quality and customer experience offline and online.
- Assign, guide, inspect and supervise hotline management work
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer rights.
7. Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
· Working hours:
+ Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
+ Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
