Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
Manage and improve the performance of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) by creating and optimizing contents;
Collaborate with Sales teams to implement marketing activities for promotional events;
Overseeing & Control Company’s marketing budget
Do market research & competitors analysis to update product trend and customer insights;
Organize monthly workshops and CSR activities;
Plan and implement outreaching promotions based on the marketing strategy;
Report business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues to brand;
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis;
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them;
Other tasks related to sales & marketing if required;
Job Requirement
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline;
At least 5 years of experience as a PR/Marketing Manager;
Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market, distribution channels and trends;
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position at MNC doing business in the same industry as Household appliances and kitchen equipment;
Event planning experience;
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills in English and Vietnamese;
Ability to make decisions, leadership and quickly adapt to the new environment;
