Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager at Norbreeze Collective Asia requires a visionary leader who can build strong brand awareness, execute innovative marketing campaigns, and support the company’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
● Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
● Set and monitor key marketing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Management
● Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
● Enhance brand equity through storytelling, PR, and strategic partnerships.
● Drive customer engagement and loyalty through creative and impactful campaigns.
Campaign Planning & Execution
● Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, offline, and experiential marketing.
● Manage the development and distribution of content across platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
● Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
● Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
● Manage content, brand visual identity and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes.
● Maintain all the PR/ Media are implemented to leverage the brand image.
● Manage to give the direction to implement digital tactics including paid social campaigns, search, email campaign set up, digital display, online partnerships, etc. leveraging digital marketing analytics and research to inform all activities with digital specialist input.
Team Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
● Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
● Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and output.
Budget Management
● Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget.
● Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while achieving marketing objectives.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
● Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies.
● Experience in luxury retail is a plus, preferably in fashion, cosmetics.
● Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
● Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
● Excellent in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
● Fluent in English.
