Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across social media platforms.
Ensure that social media activities align with 315 Medical overall marketing strategy, branding, and business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to optimize marketing effectiveness.
2. Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and manage content across all necessary social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Develop a one-year social content plan to maintain consistency and ensure a well-balanced posting frequency.
Supervise the production of visual content, including images, videos, and designs, by collaborating with internal teams or external partners when needed.
3. Community Management
Monitor and manage comments and brand mentions on social media.
Build and maintain relationships with the customer community and influencers to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer feedback, improve brand perception, and develop engagement programs.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the Ads team to synchronize online and offline campaigns, attract customers, and increase revenue.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
Support the organization of events, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital promotions.
Job Requirement
Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Health & Beauty preferred).
3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, creativity, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Highly adaptable, open-minded, resourceful, and pragmatic.
