ABOUT THE ROLE
Lacàph is looking for an amazing Marketing Specialist with an outstanding portfolio, someone who is looking for a challenge in one of Vietnam’s newest and most promising consumer brands companies.
OFFICE LOCATION & WORKING TIME
Lacàph Space Sài Gòn (head office): 220 Nguyễn Công Trứ, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with occasionally weekend work when required
DUTIES
Events management: responsible for carrying out all tasks pertaining to running an event and/or marketing campaign that takes place in and outside of Lacàph’s spaces, including:
event operations:
coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, i.e. Sales, Experiences, Operations, vendors, partners and sponsors
researching and sourcing venues, vendors and suppliers
organizing setting up before event and clearing up after event
managing the accounting happening before, during and after event
logistical support:
coordinating with internal stakeholders to prepare for events, i.e. equipment, materials, ingredients, personnel…
managing vendors and suppliers on-site before, during and after event
Logistics management: responsible for keeping, cataloging and maintaining the assets created for the company with the utmost care in their quality and quantity, including:
online:
working files
team drives
finished visual products, i.e. photos, videos, brochures, flyers…
offline:
physical drives
physical visual products (completed and signed off)
equipment
materials in storage
Administration: responsible for making sure paperwork is in compliance with the company’s process and procedures, including:
contracts
payments
reports
Procedures and processes: responsible for creating procedures and processed as assigned by the Marcom director
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields
Minimum 1 year experience in event management, preferably in hospitality and F&B industries
Strong in communication, time-management, organizational and problem solving skills
Proficiency English
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules
