Safety, food Safety and sustainability
• Execute all planned and unplanned maintenance jobs safely and OTIF.
• Execute and follow up actions to ensure processes are compliant with legal, global and local environmental regulations.
• Prevent environmental issues arising in the process by cooperating with internal and external parties and stakeholders.
Quality
• Execute and follow up planned and unplanned maintenance jobs with the required quality.
Work Process
• Execute and follow up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.
• Work with the AM teams in solving corrective maintenance, escalate any problem and joining breakdown analysis, RCFA execution
• Engage in and Get involved in CILT execution by checking the consistency and quality of work
• Conduct (De)Tagging if required or appropriate.
• Work as technical area owner to support life extension, further cost reduction and innovation.
• Take actions to improve spare part stock at owner area
• Utilize the work preparation room, workshop and is multi-zone assignable
• Elaborate on modification proposals and check the requirements for the modification procedure (e.g. warranty, safety).
• Support AM teams where required.
Organization, Interfaces & People Management
• Report to the Mechanical Team Leader
• Communicate and cooperate with AM teams before, during and after execution.
• Communicate with the planning & preparation team
TPM & Continuous improvement
• Contribute to management of maintenance plans, asset master data, asset performance and cost analysis (asset technical specialist).
• Take part in implementing and rolling out new or improved condition based maintenance (CBM) methods and co-executes advanced maintenance techniques (e.g. pit stop, maintenance free, maintenance prevention & continually optimize PM standards).
• Participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
• Monitor of machine performance, suggests and carries out actions to reduce losses.
• Train AM teams in troubleshooting of frequent failures.
• Supports the implementation of AM Team step
Information & Data Management
• Daily collect required maintenance information and data from designated zone.
• Report on maintenance work (technical and administrative reporting).
Job Requirement
Qualifications
• Preferably Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics or similar technical degree.
Experiences/skills
• Basic education in process automation control.
• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
• >3 years working experience in maintenance.
• Mastered all the skills, knowledge and experience required for zone technician (ZT) in advanced level.
• Good knowledge of maintenance best practices within execution enabling asset life extension and cost reduction"
