MERCHANDISER

Job Description

1. Review and understand the technical worksheets and standard requirement of the assigned brand/ customer. Input information from technical worksheets and create data file.

2. Arrange all material for sampling (proto, fit, advertising, salesman,

sealing, pre-production and top of Production samples etc).

3. Assist in the development of sample prints for submission and ensure approval is obtained before buy ready or according to schedule for production.

4. Check on pringting prices to prepare for sample order usage.

5. Ensure samples are submitted on-time.

6. Prepare marker and film cards for sample room and production factory.

7. Submit block printing to washing lab for testing.

8. Prepare salesmen sample packing list for shipping department to apply shipping documents

9. Ensure all final templates for bulk use are sent to the respective departments within the

required time frame.

10. To liaise with the different departments on day to day work .

11. The above points 1 – 8 require the merchandisers to work closely with their team leader for guidance and follow up.

12. Perform other duties which may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
