Merchandising Executive/ Sales Support (6 months contract ) - Urgent !

Job Description

1, POSM logistic:

• Follow-up delivery POSM to staff (SR/MR/TL), Agent,…
• Get feedback from receivers about the quantity & quality
• Handle problems if any damage/loss

2, POSM data management:

• Update the information of retailers on POSM software (name, phone number, address, type of POSM…)
• Track the list of retailers display POSM by weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Support Supervisor to check sales the retailers display POSM weekly & monthly

3, Payment POSM incentive:

• Consolidate payment POSM incentive by SMS every 2 months via distributors or agents
• Collect signature of retailers from SR/MR/TL & keep filing at regional office

4, POSM bonus for staff:

• Consolidate data to evaluate KPI for monthly POSM bonus for SR/MR
• Consolidate data to evaluate KPI for monthly POSM bonus for SR/MRre

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate: University
• Good Microsoft office: Excel + Word + Power Point
• Good communication
• Ability to communicate in English
