Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Merchandising Manager (Garment, $3000, ID15160)
Manage orders from start to finish. Receive orders from the sales department, manage and deploy with the production department, find raw materials, balance orders
Evaluate the team's workload and assign tasks to members according to their ability, expertise, and experience.
Monitor all activities, follow up on daily teamwork, and provide team members with operational guidelines.
Examine the development schedules, follow up with the developers to obtain the samples for one-time approval before bulk production, and cross-check the cost data if necessary.
Assemble and calculate the costs for athletic goods.
Discuss with the team any remaining resources and make every effort to reduce the waste and save costs.
Address and resolve any issues raised by customers who provide feedback on company clothing.
Give training to improve comprehension of the buyer's techpack, garment construction expertise, and raw material characteristics.
Job Requirement
Male/Female. Age: 35 - 48 years old
Graduated from university
Have at least 5 years in a similar position in a garment company
Have in-depth experience and proficiency in cost management, proper implementation of procedures, and proficiency in apparel industry merchandise
