- Responsible for the project management and product development requirements for customers and/or product lines as assigned by Senior Management.
- Coordinate with buyers / sourcing offices to complete all tasks related to customer RFQs and projects.
- Review costing and factory bill-of-materials to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing for products.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team to ensure that the quality requirements for all shipments are met and documented.
- Assist with the development and implementation of project controls procedures.
- Review, document and obtain all details, information and specifications required to complete the accurate pricing of all RFQs/projects to customers and the related purchase orders to suppliers.
- Review and verification of all drawings completed for RFQs to ensure they are complete and in accordance with the client specifications, and that the supplier quotations and pricing assumptions are in accordance with the specifications provided to them by the Company.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure completion of production orders and adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Freight forwarders/ shippers and suppliers to schedule shipments and the related containers if required.
- Provide production schedule reports to Customers and Senior Management as needed.
- Assist with identifying and reviewing new suppliers/factories for materials, components and production.
- Assist with Business Development and Marketing functions as needed.
- Factory review with technician team: together with Technician team to review the factory capability and capacity so that both can advise to the Merchandising team on the possibility of cooperation between LevelOne and that factory
- Factory capability improvement: review the factory production capability and give them advices on improving to meet the requirements of the buyers/ projects
- Product Cost Efficiency: support the Merchandising team to review the cost and analyze the cost to make sure that those are reasonable before sending to buyer. Analyze the BOM and advise on the re- construction of the product when needed to have the best cost.
- Engineering and Manufacturing observation: Together with Technician team review the product samples and supervise the factories during the production to make sure they are doing right.
- Product design excellence: Coordinate with designers/ Sales team to have the designs differ to competitors, such as better construction, better idea, better cost and better product utility.
- Market survey/ Market intelligence and Market expansion: survey the market and analyze the general market as well as specific clients’ market to convince the buyer to buy from us/ our suppliers’ region. Besides, try to access to many other clients from different markets to expand our customers’ base
- Buying trip preparation: together with Merchandising team to prepare the presentation to buyers, including our information, our history, our history vs buyer (if any), factories’ information, market analyses, market trends, material trends, product designs, product competitive cost to convince the buyer.
- To assist the accounts management when needed
- Other duties as directed by Senior Management.
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field is an added bonus.
2. A minimum of six years' experience in a managerial position.
3. A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Must be creative and detail-orientated.
