The Business Analysts ensure that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable solutions.
1, Business Requirements and Solution Development:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of life insurance, finance, and the current system functionalities to define business problems and requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to recommend suitable solutions.
- Take ownership of developing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Business Solution Documents (BSD), Software requirements specifications (SRS), and User stories to ensure End-to-end business processes and detail for required applications.
2, Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research, solution analysis, and fit-gap analysis between business requirements and current IT system functionalities.
- Identify and recommend practical solutions for system implementation and document the impact analysis from both business and functional perspectives.
3, Quality Assurance and Testing Support:
- Assist the QA team in developing detailed test plans,and test scenarios
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying issues and ensuring resolution before deployment.
4, User Training and Support:
- Provide on-site training for users, focusing on the fundamental components of the system.
- Offer ongoing support for daily operations and application usage, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and addressing user queries.
5, Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities, and identifying opportunities and process improvements by leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and change management processes to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
