Job Purpose:
Prepare and analyze reports to ensure decision makers receive timely, actionable information.
Use data-driven analytics to identify and facilitate opportunities for process improvement:

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Reports Consolidation:
• All analyses are done for each factory and country and consolidated centrally, reporting to respective customers.
• Using Power BI dashboard reporting to provide a valuable visual representation /story telling reporting of current production results.
• Maintain data consistency and help keep everyone in the company on the same page, creating a culture of open collaboration and communication in the process.
Such as:
• Yield Reporting
• Performance Reporting (KPI & OGSM)
• RCN Database
• Cost Analysis (Lot Costing, COPQ,)
Design and Development: (variety of sources such as SharePoint, One Drive and external server data collections)
• Examine the data collection sources and find out the potential errors and misleading data’s and revise the data collection templates to meet report requirements.
• Design the data collection templates by communicating with relevant peoples in production or in related departments (like, Stock management data collection model, Performance management)
Based on requirements, should be able to conceptualise reports for measuring and monitoring Strategic plans and projects outcomes, also intensively per factory and country.
Identify the new opportunities:
• Process that involves actively searching for a set of circumstances that make it possible to pursue a group of actions able to produce value, In Continuous improvement approach, requirements are kept changing and new data need to adopt for performance measures.
• Collaboration with production team to understand the needs and work for the expected outcomes.
• Actively work with MIS team in factory to drilldown the challenges to work opportunity framework.
Qualifying and Warehousing data:
• MIS is the centre of data bank, When the managers need data for quick analysis or strategic analysis, it is important to give qualified data for their workings, unless it will waste time and energy of peoples.
• While receive the data must do sanitary check and accept the data once data meet the basic requirements.
• Working very closely with MIS A/c and MIS Asst in factory to make sure day-day transaction data are being sanitised, secured, and passing the basic normality test.
• Cross verification of the data entry process in 3 factory and streamline the work process.
Improve team capability:
• Develop skillsets and knowledge about the process and overall activities in the company for the MIS team as they are the main aggregators of available data.
• Build a sustainable team to overcome headcount crisis, and workload issues.
• Co-ordinate with MIS A/c’s and develop internal training plan (Training from MIS to Other department peoples) to ensure the key message from Analysis are reached to end customers.
Hard Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any major, But preferred Computer science & Information technology.
• 3-4 Years of work experience as a Power BI data analyst or in a related field.
• Experience in data modelling and dashboard reporting and standardizing data collection systems and SharePoint and OneDrive utilizations.
• Experienced in MS Office Package (Specially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Preferred additional skills in statistics, reporting and problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills written (verbal and presentational), and interpersonal.
• Good communicator, both English and Vietnamese.
• Analytical Skills (ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data).
• Ability to accept challenges and tackle tricky situations and meet the expected goals.
• Experience with factories, operational control, and problem-solving skills.
