Job Description

Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
* Địa điểm làm việc: Nhà máy công ty LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam nằm ở Khu Công Nghiệp VSIP III, Thành Phố Tân Uyên, Tỉnh Bình Dương. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ TP. Hồ Chí Minh, TP. Biên Hòa và Tỉnh Bình Dương.

Core Responsibilities

• Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborated with engineers or designers for custom jobs or to refine manufacturing processes

Hợp tác với kỹ sư hoặc nhà thiết kế để thực hiện các công việc tùy chỉnh hoặc tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất.

• Support mould repair and spare parts manufacturing

Hỗ trợ sửa chữa khuôn và gia công phụ tùng thay thế.

• Make the spare parts according to drawing and meet the dimensions requirement.

Chế tạo phụ tùng theo bản vẽ và đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu kích thước.

• Use the precision machine (CNC, EDM, Wire-Cut) to manufacture the parts according to requirement.

Sử dụng máy gia công chính xác (CNC, EDM, Wire-Cut) để sản xuất các bộ phận theo yêu cầu.

• Operate machines in tool shop (milling machine, grinding machine, turning machine), maintain machines.

Vận hành máy móc trong xưởng dụng cụ (máy phay, máy mài, máy tiện), bảo trì máy móc.

• Be familiar with mould construction and production, interpretation of drawing.

Nắm vững cấu trúc khuôn và quy trình sản xuất, đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật.

• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

Job Requirement

Do you have what it takes?

•  At least 3 years' experience in similar position in Mould Maintenance, Mould Repair or Machinery Technician.

Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự trong bảo trì khuôn, sửa chữa khuôn hoặc kỹ thuật viên máy móc.

• Know how to operate and program precision CNC Milling machine, Wire-cut, EDM. Basic knowledge of injection mould / technical drawings.

Biết vận hành và lập trình máy phay CNC chính xác, Wire-Cut, EDM. Có kiến thức cơ bản về khuôn ép nhựa và bản vẽ kỹ thuật.

• Have knowledge of operating system HEIDENHAIN is a plus - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.

• Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.

• Can communicate in English
