Job Description

1. Set up section's KPI & make strategy plan and leading the team to achieve target
2. Manage all section's jobs & resources (manpower, budget, information, cost, project…etc)
3. Solve critical issues of section by innovative methods
4. Organize, promote, or cooperate with any related section to deal with common issue at company scope.
5. Career development orientation for subordinate. Understand human resources to have a reasonable work arrangement.
6. Innovation, plan and promote improvement activities for problems with the processes.
