Establishment & maintain ISO14001, and ISO 45001 on-site in Plants
Ensure the company's compliance with all regulations on health and safety defined by the local government and the corporate
* Maintain and develop the Safety program standards to ensure the environment, and visitors comply with requirement standards and laws.
* Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Provide safety training to employees.
Coordinate the efforts of and coach associates through developing critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices, and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation.
- Bachelor
- Experienced in setting up and implementing ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Experience in working with government authorities and third parties.
- Good training and presentation skills, techniques, applications, and practices.
- Result-oriented with fact-base-driven, data-oriented, logical and analytical skills, detail-oriented, systematic thinking, and a sense of excellence
- Self-driven personality with a can-do attitude
- Good communication in English.
- Working time: Working hours are from Monday to Friday and half a day on Saturday
44 hours/week.
- Work location: Office, Plants & Constructions site.
