- Trình độ văn hóa tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trờ lên
- Trình độ chuyên môn điện công nghiệp, điện tử công nghiệp
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng word, excel, power point…
- Đọc hiểu bản vẽ
- Có khả năng nhận thức tốt
- Tối thiểu 2 năm Kinh nghiệm quản lí QC.
- Khả năng tự lập và sắp xếp công việc.
- Biết ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh, tiếng JP là một lợi thế.
- Nam, Không giới hạn độ tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp – cao đẳng- đại học chuyên ngành điện, điện tử, cơ điện
- Có thể sử dung các máy công cụ để chế tạo khuôn, Jig .
- Vẽ, đọc được bản vẽ
