Job Requirement
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Accounting:
1. Working with company’s systems and processes of services or for the improvement of existing ones.
2. Working with Accounting Manager to secure that the accounting work/transactions are properly controlled and reported accurately in accordance with the reporting deadlines and compliant with company's policies.
3. Bank transactions, prepare bank transfers and reconcile bank statements.
4. Maintain accurate and up to date Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.
5. Follow daily petty cash.
6. Make cash voucher, bank voucher in the accounting software.
7. Works closely with Site Managers, maintaining strong relationships.
8. File and maintain all regulatory files and documents.
9. Run the monthly Depreciation.
10. Maintain tax books to ensure all tax provision and accrual are properly recorded.
11. Check VAT invoices for output and input.
12. Declare all kind of direct tax reports (Corporate Income tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Personal Income Tax, and other taxes) timely and correctly including processing of payment and filing.
13. Reconcile balance per book and per declaration monthly all kinds of tax.
14. Preparation of tax declaration and reports correctly and timely.
15. Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
16. Submit financial reports in tax format and when required.
17. Liaise with auditors and other authorities as being require.
18. Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager.
Payroll:
1. Responsible for expats payroll.
2. Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE OF THE POSITION:
1. Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or Economics.
2. Computer Skill: Practical experience in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft office.
3. Languages Capability: Good English skills (communicating & writing).
