Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel: Job posting, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding.

• Monitor and draft notices, decisions, and labor contracts related to personnel.

• Handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance: Report increases and decreases, manage sick leave, maternity benefits, etc.

• Track attendance and leave days of employees.

• Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, and other benefits for employees.

• Organize performance reviews and evaluations after probation, mid-year, and year-end.

• Organize internal communication events.

• Other tasks assigned by director.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English and

Vietnamese).

• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach

• Good level of source, hunting, communication and negotiation with potential candidates.

• Candidates with experience in education (ie English training center, study abroad consultation) and IT are preferred 

• High level of accuracy and confidentiality, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

• Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures.
