- Follow up sample making, review & validate PP, SS sample, …
- Review & verify Material Consumption List & Trim Card
- Conduct/handle PP Meeting to the factory. Pilot run review and follow-up
- Conduct bulk 1st batch Initial inspection inline audits to ensure product quality, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage for quick improvements.
- Check & approve carton & polybag quality for the factory.
- Packing sample verification & approval.
- Random Inline Audit on bulk packing.
- Assist/ handle Pre-final/ Final inspection.
- Update all report types as required.
- Train/guide QA/QC & production on quality standards/ requirements.
- Random audit on process control to evaluate factory performance.
- Bachelor degree or similar in related industries
- Minimum of 2 years and above in similar position.
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Able to work in PS factories/sub-contracts (out station)
- Knowledge of the garment trade.
- Technical knowledge (Knit or Woven,..)
- Logical & innovative thinking.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-Motivated & proactive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Prefer candidate living in Nam Dinh Province
