Receiving sample from supplier, analysis, evaluate sample and make the decision for approval (if needed) and retain. Provide information of the approved sample to QA before receiving material. / Tiếp nhận mẫu từ nhà cung cấp, phân tích, đánh giá mẫu và phê duyệt để mua (nếu cần) và lưu trữ. Cung cấp thông tin mẫu đã được phê duyệt cho QA trước khi nhận hàng thực tế.
Provide information new samples, customer information to PPC, production, quality department before carry out production to match the sample sent or received/ cung cấp thông tin và mẫu cho bộ phận sản xuất và chất lượng trước khi tiến hành sản xuất để bảo đãm sản phẩm phù hợp theo yêu cầu mẫu đã gởi đi hay nhận vào và các yêu cầu khác của khách hàng.
Establish, update specification, customer information/ Thiết lập, cập nhật tiêu chuẩn thành phẩm, nguyên liệu, thông tin khách hàng.
Conduct sensory test for products, materials/ Tổ chức đánh giá cảm quan sản phẩm, nguyên liệu.
Other works as assigned by the manager/ Các công việc khác do Trưởng bộ phận giao.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION: College/university food technology
ENGLISH SKILL: Ability of communication by English both oral and writing fluently.
COMPUTER SKILL: Good in microsoft office
OTHERS REQUIREMENT: At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position. Have knowledge and regularly update and understand the Food Safety Law. Good sensory (taste/smell).
